Tom Hammel has a passion for leadership development and to see people take action towards their purpose. Having been given the opportunity to preach when he was fifteen Tom, was trained in an environment that believed in seeing young people empowered. He is an ordination with the Assemblies of God and has served at churches of various sizes as a Youth Minister, Associate Pastor and Teaching Pastor.
Tom came to the SoCal Network Office as the Director of Student Ministries. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Leadership and Church Ministries. One of his passions is to raise up leaders and see them discover their calling and purpose.
Tom is the author of “The Life You Were Meant to Lead: 10 Steps to Cultivate Purpose and Awaken Greatness.”
